My career as a business person has been focused on maximizing revenue generation in organizations ranging from $10M to $90B Fortune 500 global businesses. Time and again, I have successfully navigated managing revenue goals of up to $1.5B, operational budgets of up to $50M, and capital expense budgets of up to $150M.
The organizations I have served in have only been as successful as the teams behind them. As a mentor and manager, I have proudly recruited, trained, and coached teams of up to 300, which have repeatedly established the infrastructure leading to accelerated performance in diverse economic environments.
